House Clearing - Smudging with Sage and Singing Bowls

I will come to your home or apartment and clear it with Sage smudging and can include healing sound instruments. This helps clear negative energy for new homes, or if you’ve had a lot of work done in your home with others in and out. It is also good to do this if there has been a lot of conflict in the home. Clearing can also be done after someone has been sick or died - home must be fully disinfected prior to clearing. All parties living in the home must be healthy for at least 14 days prior to the clearing.

Home up to 2,000 square feet - $100

Home between 2,001-4,000 square feet - $200

Apartment 1-3 bedroom up to 1,000 square feet - $50

Unless otherwise noted, all fees are expected before or on the day of your session. You can pay via the invoice that is sent via Square, or pay in the studio with cash, Zelle, Venmo or credit card.

I will send an invoice for prepayment or for the purchase of gift certificates. All clients must have a credit card on file to hold session date/time.

I am providing you with the following information so you can make an informed choice about your decision to engage my services. Please read this information carefully and let me know if there is any part you do not understand.

SERVICES OFFERED/THEORETICAL APPROACH

I offer my services as a complementary and alternative health care practitioner under Colorado’s Natural Health Care Consumer Protection Act. I am not licensed, certified or registered by the State of Colorado as a health care professional, nor am I subject to licensure, certification or registration by the State of Colorado. However I have spent over 400 hours training in sound and Reiki along with many other trainings as indicated on the about page of this website.

NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP

As your Practitioner I do not diagnose illness, disease, or physical or mental disorders, nor do I prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals. The information provided on your intake form is confidential and although not legally protected by HIPAA, because I am not a medical professional, I treat it as if it were to maintain confidentiality. Unless you share something that falls under mandatory reporting all information will be kept confidential. I gladly accept referrals from clients and it is of course your choice to share your experiences with others.

I do not provide services for clients younger than 14 years of age. All clients between 14-18 years of age must have parent/guardian consent on their intake form and that parent/guardian must be in the room with the client at all times to include during their session.

OUTCOME EXPECTATIONS/RISKS & BENEFITS

While clients report positive outcomes in using my services please note that it’s impossible to guarantee any specific results as we don’t know how you will personally respond. However, we will work together to achieve the best possible results for you. Research tells us that prolonged stress can have negative effects on our overall well being and health, both physical and mental. Be proactive and incorporate my services as a part of your self care in an effort to combat every day stress thus reducing its negative effects. My services are not a replacement for proper medical treatment and/or care. You are required to complete and sign the intake form and keep your practitioner informed of any changes in your health and/or medical treatments you are receiving. If you have questions please ask your primary care doctor before receiving a session.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy - Applies to all sessions: As a courtesy, please notify me 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Without proper notice, you will be required to pay the full fee. If client no-shows they are responsible for the full fee and will be required to prepay for sessions going forward. If you are late paying an invoice there will be a $10 late fee and your credit card on file will automatically be charged the full amount of the invoice plus the late fee. If a refund is requested for any reason, the client will be responsible for all fees charged to the practitioner from either Square, her bank or the payment app used.
