Nervous System Support Through Sound, Reiki & Yoga Nidra

I’m Phyllis “Filly” Harvey. I have worked as a certified energy and sound practitioner since 2020 out of my studio in Lone Tree. I work with women who feel overwhelmed, burned out and exhausted, and who are seeking elevated self-care for their mind, body and spirit.

Many of my clients choose Tri Resonance for sound and energy healing to focus on some of these common concerns:

  • Grief and loss

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder

  • Sleep troubles

  • Chronic pain and illness

  • Stress, depression and anxiety

  • Burnout

Through trauma-informed sound baths, vibrational sound therapy (VST), Reiki and yoga nidra, I guide my clients to greater capacity for a calmer nervous system and improved wellness.

Service Offerings

Tri Resonance works with individuals, pairs and trios in the studio as well as with groups at community-hosted and private events, where I typically interweave sound, energy and meditation modalities for a richer experience. If you are interested in hosting your own guided sound and meditation event or workplace wellness program, please reach out.
