Tri Resonance, owned and operated by Phyllis (Filly) Harvey, located in Lone Tree, Colorado. I am a certified practitioner sharing sound healing, Reiki (energy healing), Yoga Nidra and mindfulness coaching.

My intention is to share these alternative healing modalities with clients in an empathetic and trauma informed way. Working together to improve their overall well-being, mind, body and spirit.

Why is sound healing with Tri Resonance different? I have completed multiple trainings in sound and Reiki (energy) healing and Yoga Nidra that equal more than 500 hours of training. I have a significant amount of other training that makes my practice unique: multiple types of peer support, mental health first aid, trauma informed care/practices, and suicide intervention skills training - all of which were trained by licensed psychologists and mental health providers.

I am a Reiki Master sharing Reiki on its own and blended with sound healing!

Why work with me? My practice is trauma informed and client focused. You will receive the benefit of sound and energy (Reiki) healing in every session. My intention is to use my skills and empathy to create a space where you feel safe, heard and cared for.

Empowered wellness is a value I hold dear to my heart. It is important for us to work together as a team to customize your sessions to meet your needs. My studio is in Lone Tree where I offer private and semi private sessions Tuesday - Friday and occasionally on a Saturday. The group events I offer are now being held at other venues as they have outgrown the space I have in my studio. My hope is that participants will experience deep relaxation, reach a higher level of consciousness and feel a sense of tranquility.

It has always been my passion to give back and help those in our community. As a Colorado native, I am blessed with a beautiful family, friends and amazing career. Yet, like many, I have also experienced ups and downs. I began having trouble focusing and experiencing high levels of stress a few years ago. I knew I needed to do something different to take back my life. I dabbled in mindfulness which helped a lot, but I was still having some difficulties. Meditation, music and sound therapy helped a lot and led me to the decision to blend my passions of helping others and the modalities I have trained in to start my business.

I completed my training and certification in Vibrational Sound Therapy through the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA). It is important to me that my clients know I have passed a criminal background check. I am also certified with the International Sound Therapy Association. I completed a Sonic Mastery training program focusing on sound baths and energy healing. I have completed Reiki I, II and Reiki Master training with Healing Hands Reiki of Boulder, CO. I received my Yoga Nidra Facilitator Certification from Scott Moore Yoga. My Mindfulness Coaching training is through Unified Mindfulness. I have completed training in peer support, and trauma informed care. I have extensive training in suicide prevention and intervention, Mental Health First Aid, along with other mental health training. I am not a licensed mental health clinician and do not offer mental health services, however I can provide peer support and refer clients to vetted and effective clinicians. I am dedicated to continuing my training and education. It is important that I create a safe space and deepen the relaxation experience for all I am blessed to work with.
